Proof please.

I've never been a deficit hawk. But I will mock the CPC for having the worst record on the one thing that you shriek about being the most important issue, and that you claim only you can be trusted with.

Also it's funny that while you defend Harper's deficits you attack McGuinty/Wynne for running deficits in the same period.

And yet liberals tout the Chretien/Martin deficit-busting era as a great moment while at the same time they give a "meh, what's the big deal?" with the McGuinty/Wynne one.

Not me, as I've said repeatedly, including on this very thread.

The mistake you guys make is confusing the Martin Liberals and the McGuinty-Wynne Liberals. Also, you're confusing the Ontario party with the Federal party.

That's like confusing Mulroney and Red Tories with Manning and the Alberta Wild Rose party.

But then again, refusing to differentiate among the "others" has never been your strong suit.

Very dishonest of you, but that's the left-wing way. The Ontario or Federal Libs could elect a leader who would make Stalin look like a moderate and you would defend his/her actions without fail.

As you know, the Ontario Liberal Party and the Federal Liberals are very close. So much so, Provincial Liberals were on the campaign trail for Trudeau, even the Premier herself.

The OLP and the Federal Liberals have had long-standing ties.

Ontario Wynne Liberals in 2016 don't have to answer for Federal Martin Liberals who were were elected to totally a different government office 23 years ago.

And while Ontario Wynne Liberals may be allies with Trudeau Federal Liberals,

My comment was directed at your comment about confusing the Federal and Provincial parties. Hard to do these days.

Yeah I think that was the sentence I obviously didn't finish in my post above :) . They may be close now early on because it's still honeymoon time and t's convenient but the Federal agenda is never going to be the same as the agenda of any province and differences are bound to emerge sooner or later.
