Unless there's some kind of a domestic sex assault against a woman or children where they don't want to cause any further public traumatization there's no reason for the media not to publish names of any arrested and charged. Not for something as idiotic as fishing without a license anyway.
Be kind of funny if these two poachers, who are criminals, turned out to be on the infamous Tamil cruise that the Tories made such a big hullaballoo about detaining and deporting, but instead did absolutely nothing about and quietly gave them some kind of immigrant/refugee status. Not sure what it is about illegal immigration that makes politicians of all sides sit back and do nothing when they're in charge of the government. Must be a Canadian thing where we're so desperate to be seen as nice all the time. Can't risk the racism accusation because, y'know, someone at the UN might make a frowny face at us or something.
