"Often", by itself, is a meaningless measurement.
In my experience, Yahoos
most often drive Jap 4-bangers with coffee-can exhaust modifications.
Where I live, most everyone drives pickups, Yahoos and none-Yahoos alike.
We used to have those, but they've mostly disappeared. Maybe that's the difference between urban and rural. Here, if you see a vehicle roaring around, lighting up the tires, it's most often a pickup. Even the muscle car drivers seem to keep it under control. I would guess you have your share of yahoos, but if most everyone drives pickups, they don't stand out so much.
I drive a pickup and don't light up the tires roaring around but you are right there are Yahoos with pickups doing that which I happened to see yesterday afternoon in a Sobey's parking lot.
As for the driver of the truck he was released without being charged probably because it takes a while for a complete investigation to get it right.
