The article makes it sound like they may be teaching people with autism and down sydrome - which would probably light a fire under the nutters.
Neo-Nazis just aren't into that sort of thing because they're mired in the street fighting phase of their grand crusade; a Hitlerian T-4 euthanasia program using Glocks instead of gas chambers isn't something they would even think of doing, not when there's helpless Latino or black homeless guys all over the place in LA to kick to death in the street instead. The Bible-punchers wouldn't do it at all because if they're against aborting fetuses then by default they aren't going to do something like this because their every-sperm-is-sacred philosophy means that they'd want the handicapped to procreate.
Nope. I'm betting the farm on ISIS if it is a team of at least two attackers. There isn't anyone out there that's so helpless that ISIS wouldn't attack them. This is a type of attack that's meant to cause sheer horror, just like 9/11 or the Boston bombing, and not something meant to prove a political or philosophical point.
