He also didn't kill a Canadian, wasn't captured by Canadians or tried by Canada which, makes a huge difference about his sentencing.

As for him being a 15 year old kid and getting an extremely harsh sentence for murder allow me to point out that America has no problem, unlike Canada in sentencing murderous children to extremely long sentences including life. So, he should consider himself lucky that he only got the sentence that he did because, it could have been alot worse.

Now, with any luck he'll lose his appeal and be put back in prison to serve out the rest of his sentence which, will hopefully give the rest of us some respite from the Omar Khadr fan club's constant group grope.

I don't think that's going to happen. Suck it up, fuck-o.
