What a pile. I was using an example of what would be counted as a "false" rape allegation, that is not in fact false as we would understand it, ie an allegation of rape when no rape happened. In the case I mentioned, the woman was indeed raped, just not by the person she identified in a lineup.

Not sure why the example gets your knickers all in a knot and has you posting totally irrelevant examples to the question, except of course that the case is a perfect example of the failings of the death penalty.

Basically CM said he believes false rape allegations are more common on military bases. Numbers don't matter there. It's anecdotal. He doesn't have to supply numbers to make his point, but if he does I doubt even he is demanding you take them as technical fact.

You should know that, but instead you blather off in multiple directions, pretending to be the science guy, offering stats from outdated studies with claims of 10% to 90% for false rape allegations, then you add an implication that an imaginary number of proposed rape allegations that were later proven to identify the wrong suspect belongs somewhere. Where that's supposed to go, who knows, but the single incident you base your imaginary stat on talks about an innocent black guy, so even though that has nothing to do with anything being discussed here it must be important, right?

Actually, and to be honest, I must admit; on whatever it is you're talking about, you're right, I don't get it. If there's a sane person out there who does get it, please explain.

You'd think if it was a brutal gang rape, their conditions would be a lot more strict than hand in your passports, stay away from 7 people and don't possess any firearms.
