OK thanks. I still don't get what you seem to be suggesting about the results being a thousand time greater in the original post. Are you simply basing that on the formula thing he put the strike through to show he'd made a typo in the original post, or did you see a result he'd offered based on that formula?
It's pretty evident in the first few comments on the page. Read there.
Bottom line: I wouldn't use that post to support any conjectures you may have.

In yours though, you talk of a "conversion error." That's where I have a problem. Where do you see an error in conversion? I see a marked typo showing a kind of formula that might conceivably be used to make a conversion, but I don't see a result.
Without a result it's just a typo. You don't really want to start talking about typos do you? OK now I am being nasty. It's because you're dodging and making unfounded claims of wrong doing.
Where do you see a "conversion error". I see the marked typo. Show me the "conversion error", or I stand by my claim.
