The zero-tolerance putzes are horrible of course. But the real blame lies with the crazed and/or greedy parents who'd hire some Saul Goodman of an ambulance chaser to sue a school to death if a teacher dares to say "no" to their little angel, or if the other kids don't particularly like the geek who's been raised up with such social awkwardness that he/she might as well be deaf, dumb, and blind. Put a stop to frivilous lawsuits in Canada and the United States that specifically target schoold and this kind of crap would become non-existent overnight.

no where near as bad as the sue happy Chinese. i saw parents screaming at each other threatening to sue over a minor tussle between their kids in Grade Two. A co worker had to go to court because he told his neighbour he had a small dick....claimed it made him lose face. Unborn children could be held responsible for the debts of their deceased grandparents, until just a few years ago. Unfortunately, the law ending this was not made retroactive.

Those kids just shouldn't have allowed themselves to be born to families that lived beyond their means. I mean really, should society just be expected to pay those debts? People need to start taking a little personal responsibility, for themselves and their ancestors!
