Why do entertainers feel that we want to hear their political beliefs? We don't. Take some advice from Elvis,and keep your mouth shut when it comes to politcs. Read your lines, play your instrument, sing your songs, and leave it at that. Thats what we fans are paying for. When you start picking sides in political beefs, you alienate half your fan base. If your entertainment days are behind you and you want to get involved in politics, thats different.Politics becomes your new career. Ted Nuggent is not going to sell out any stadiums these days. I seen Krist of Nirvana on a talk show a few weeks ago. I did not even recognise him. He was bald,and his beard was grey. He looked like Trapper John M.D. from that tv show during the 70's. I was devestated.

I think that might be where Mustaine is coming from. The Fast & Furious program looks to be no more than the Obama Administration allowing guns to be illegally sold to Mexicans in order that those American guns would be found to have been used in crimes in Mexico, thus justifying the gun control measures Obama wants to impose.

And Obama himself poured the gasoline for the conspiracists when he said to Sarah Brady that he was working on gun control 'under the radar'.

If you don't want to be accused of running a conspiracy it's best not to say that you're going to make an end run around the legislative process to have your way.
