Never know, right. I don't care what consenting adults get up to, but there should be no damages arising from it. Producing a damaged kid isn't worth the risk. Of course then by that logic we'd have to set an upper age limit for when men and women can reproduce as well.

I don't think this was the first time, and there haven't been babies, for all we know, so my assumption is that she is either not fertile anymore, had her tubes tied a long time ago, or was on some form of birth control.

I'm not gonna speak for sandorski but "we" haven't denounced morality. They were two consenting adults who, hopefully, were aware of the many possible consequences of their actions, this shouldn't have to court IMO either. No matter how you look at this, from any angle, it was just totally, absolutely, 100% WRONG, sick and perverted. But it was between two adults. of course of legal age and according to the story under the influence of the Satan alcohol, with the son having a bipolar disorder. How or why the judicial system got involved is beyond me, they should have just thrown the case out and let nature take it's course, as no doubt they are going to suffer the consequences of being completely ostracized by all their family, friends and coworkers. This is just another ridiculous case with the Canadian legal system getting involved in something they should have no jurisdiction over.

Obscene bahaviour in a public fuckin' place, which is still illegal in most parts of the world. That's why the law got involved. Not to mention that this kind of behavious is indicative of a really fucked up mental case of a family where child sexual abuse has/had/is still going on. The police and courts would have deserved to have a much bigger one ripped into them for not doing anything than they have for doing something.
