Due to the fact at the level of violence of his psychotic break he will spend of the rest of his life in a psychiatric facility, which in no doubt will be Selkirk. He will most probably be assessed every year, but that means absolutely nothing when in a psych facility. I, IMO, dont think he will ever be seeing the outside.
