It's bolded because there is a suggestion in some of the tones that proroguing parliament is somehoe wrong - whether morally or procedually. I may have some moral issues with it, but it is proceduraly correct and legal.
Fair enough, and I agree with that, but waiting for an election is the slowest and often the most ineffective way of letting politicians know that you're unhappy with the state of government. It means you're willing to leave the mending of problems to chance and a process that's already broken.
If you really want to anything to get done, put pen to paper and write. Politicians are most likely to pay attention if you hand-write letters to them.
