$1: The Taxpayer March on Washington was a Tea Party protest march from Freedom Plaza to the United States Capitol that was held on September 12, 2009, in Washington, D.C.[1][2] While there are conflicting appraisals, a spokesman for the D.C. Fire Department unofficially estimated the event was attended from 60,000 to more than 75,000 people.[1][3][4] The protesters, which included American conservatives, Republicans, independents, and libertarians, rallied against what they consider "big government", the dismantling of free market capitalism, and President Barack Obama's proposals on health care reform, taxation, and federal spending, among other issues.[5][6][7][8][9] Organizers of the event included FreedomWorks, the National Taxpayers Union, The Heartland Institute, Americans for Tax Reform, Tea Party Patriots, and ResistNet.[10][11][12] The march is the largest demonstration against the Obama administration since he took office in January of 2009.[5] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxpayer_M ... Zipperfish Zipperfish: ridenrain ridenrain: So off topic isn't a crime, reguardless of political side?
Saved as a immediate off topic, get out of jail card. It's clear now that no topic, including the religious murder of homosexuals is above "humor".
I just want the rules to be clear for all. We're discussing "two million march to US capital." Please try to stay on topic. Not enough murdered homosexuals for you to make fun of?

All of what you post is either videos other people post on youtube, news links you pull off other peoples websites and photos other people take. Yet everytime somebody else posts actual evidence from an actual source you claim they are mearly cut and pasting.

ridenrain ridenrain: DerbyX DerbyX: $1: ACORN Accusations October 18, 2008
Seems I'm busted your lies again. It's a brand new year sunshine. Surely even you can do better. Harsh criticism from somebody who doesn't go a day without trying to tie Iggy to adscam. http://www.alternet.org/politics/106230 ... _campaign/Don't need to since all the stuff they were accused of was voter registration. What about republican racism (endemic in their attacks against Obama)? $1: He declared, "Some of these tactics would make an anti-democrat like Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe proud."
The smears and attacks against ACORN helped make it all possible, with ACORN workers becoming collateral damage in the PR and legal blitz against mythical voter fraud.
Take what happened to Barbara Clark, chief organizer in Columbus, Ohio for the community organizing group ACORN, who at first simply deleted the bigoted emails that referred to "niggers" who "cheated" for Obama.
When she checked her voice mail on October 9 and heard a caller masquerading as an IRS agent claiming he was going to visit ACORN's downtown office to "investigate your black ass," she began to worry.
"The scary part was: how'd this person get my cell phone number?" Clark recalled in a recent interview.
When the attacks on ACORN from conservative blogs and Fox News culminated in John McCain's accusation in the October 15 presidential debate that the community organizing group was "destroying the fabric of democracy" Clark became more frightened.
So when a motorcyclist followed her car on her drive home the next day, she waited until he rounded a corner until she dared to sprint to the door. She says she could still hear the motorcycle idling nearby, while she prayed inside. Ultimately, she called a friend to pick her up and take her to the friend's house.
That was followed on Oct. 21 by an email with a death threat aimed at all ACORN staffers: "Your days are numberedfuck off and die." The next day Clark filed a police report. More of your fellow Americans standing up for themselves?
