No legal action has been taken yet but as more evidence comes out it seems to show the officer acted in self defense of course that could change in a heart beat. If anyone's guilty of anything right now it's the actions of the lame stream media who posted the officer's home address after he was indentified whuch means if charges are laid and there's a trial it will defintely have to be outside of Ferguson.

Well why are the great Rev Al and Jesse (passing the collection plate for donations) Jackson not in Chicago (Obama's hood) because young black men are killing each other at an alarming rate, why are they not there? What about the Australian college student who was murdered in Oklahoma by three black teens, where the outrage? This whole situation is such hypocrisy from the lame stream media to the professional race baiters.

The Democrats and lame stream media love this because it fuels the hate for law enforcement and the Right which will be used in this falls election.

The right is all conflicted here. YOu have the anti-govt side, as represented by Bart, questioning the militarization of the police, with the traditional conservatives singing from the lawnorder hymnal.

As far as influencing elections, for non-blacks this kind of thing actually drives voters towards candidates who promise more lawn order, more clampdowns, despite all the rhetoric to the contrary. The only problem for whites is that they are decreasing in relative numbers. The deciding vote might be the Latinos and the Repubs just haven't figured out how to make inroads there, despite the social conservatism of the Latinos.

The 1997 North Hollywood shootout and in a post 9/11 World is why Police have been given US Military gear as for the fall elections this situation is an early Christmas present for Democrats if they play their cards right.

So why does Doraville, Georgia, and every other small town in the USA have mine proof vehicles and full riot gear when no such even has happened anywhere else since?

Why does Ferguson Missouri require this during peaceful protests when every soldier is trained to never point a gun at a person they are not going to kill; and that doing so can only escalate tensions?

well bart does claim to be an auxiliary sheriff's deputy....he may have some insight into things.

I haven't had any hours since May and I expect I'll be asked to hand in the badge soon enough. I'm not so happy with the gung-ho attitude in the department and an example of this is two officer-involved shootings in just the past 24 hours. One was a DUI stop where the driver exited his vehicle and was summarily shot down and is now in the hospital. In a pure coincidence the dashcam wasn't in the car at the time (meaning it was removed immediately after). In the other a man was killed because the officer thought the man had a knife. So far no knife has been found.

This sh*t is not my imagination.

Former NYPD Commissioner Kerik said in a post 9/11 World larger cities like Boston, Los Angeles, New York where a more dangerous criminal element is armed to the teeth needs Surplus Military Equipment for tactical teams as they have the required training to use them where as smaller towns like Ferguson don't.

Last night Ferguson police used an armoured personal carrier to resue a shooting victim, so who knows what pieces of equipment they don't need. As for the wannabe sniper, he was probably scared as hell asking himself what the hell am I doing here because a real sniper takes a shooting position no one can see.

There's three elements to these protests, the regular protesters, the criminals who've embedded themselves and the anarchists movement from Montreal, Seattle and Occupy Wall Street etc who have their own agenda which has nothing to do with Ferguson or Mike Brown.
