Blue_Nose Blue_Nose: BartSimpson BartSimpson: You went first, moron. Went where? Have you secretly addressed my posts and those of others in the thread? I'm still waiting. Calling me a moron because I'm smarter than you doesn't hurt my feelings - it just makes you look more stupid. Anyone reading this besides your lapdog samsquanch knows you're a fraud.

I do believe your contrary mentality has actually lead to you seeing the error of your ways. Now go and sin no more.

$1: Only in a trivial way. Yes, the freeze happened early because of global warming. It also happened because of cloud patterns changing the local heat balance. It also happened because I let one rip five months ago instead of holding it back a la the butterfly effect.
By George I think he's got it.
Damn! You guys are some of our better students.

BartSimpson BartSimpson: All of the other comments I made were filler. Translation: I tried to substantiate my claim and I couldn't, so I'll pretend it didn't matter. If you can't refute my criticism, you can't claim your statement below is valid. BartSimpson BartSimpson: $1: It's freezing early because of global warming.
*If* AGW is true to any extent whatsoever then this statement of mine is true to some extent as well. "To some extent" - this is going to end up like your "magic-like qualities" argument. One could baselessly attempt to attribute it to El Nino or La Nina if there were reason to suggest they were occuring - either of those things drive climate anomolies as well, yet that's not sufficient reason to claim either were the direct cause. Again, you're equating 'cause' to 'influence'. "It's freezing early despite global warming" or "It's freezing early because of climate change" or "It's possible that it's freezing early because of global warming" are reasonable statements, yet you'd still have to substantiate those with proof. You made an absolute statement with no proof. BartSimpson BartSimpson: One of the classic debating tactics is to have your opponent destroy his own argument by offering it yourself, then your opponent argues against himself. You win the logical point by agreeing with your opponent. My argument has never been that this freeze was caused by global warming, so you didn't have me arguing against myself, tard.

ziggy ziggy: They had a food and fuel shortage in the arctic this spring because the ice in hudsons bay froze early. Well,Right now we have at least 3 barges froze in the Hudsons bay,one didnt even get to leave Churchill, another is froze cock stiff in the bay at Baker lake.So now we have to build ice roads to them to get our supplies. So much for the ice melting early theory of the revs. There will be another fuel shortage, jet A and B have been virtually impossible to get in the arctic unless its an emergency this year because of the early freeze. http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2006/01/13/winter-roads060113.html
Same thing has happend in Northern Sask the last few years!

Oh, puh-leeze. You take yourself way too seriously. Life is too short for that kind of crap.
You're 23 and you sound like you're one of those old, dried up, mean-spirited conservatives I keep hearing about.
I'm not kidding about that, had you told me you were fifty years old I'd have believed it.
You're too young to be acting so old.

You're too old to have no concern whatsoever for personal integrity. Seriously, life's too short to be such a wimp. You could have addressed these points long ago and it'd be over, yet you decided to drag this out this long.

When will you get it into your head that I wasn't serious about ANYTHING in this thread and that I was just having some semantic fun???
Did you see me post a link to support anything here? No.
You just want to keep arguing on and on when everyone else got the punchline and has already moved on.
Get a life.
