BeaverFever BeaverFever: Your experience with enemy combatants... That's the thing. It wasn't my experiences with the designated enemy that most profoundly shaped my opinions it was my experiences with our designated allies that did.

Public_Domain Public_Domain: BeaverFever BeaverFever: For Fuck's sake Bart you can't really be this dense. He's not. He knows full well what he's doing and what he's saying. It's his two-minutes hate. He's gleefully ignoring a reality he knows exists (that there are non-extremist Muslims in this world, and that innocent people don't deserve injustice or authoritarian retribution) to please his insatiable and deeply evil bloodlust. Bart's thin faith in God is all that is keeping him from being another American mass murderer, and it should worry us all. He has said as much, insinuated such, and loudly declared such on countless occasions. He knows what he is saying here is largely irrational, and he has to willfully disregard key details in order to accommodate his murderous vision. There is no "good" coming from Bart. He is evil in as stark a form as can come. All he talks about here is murder. the murders he secretly idolizes, the murders he wishes to commit, the murders he's spent all day and night pondering, the murders he jokes about with coworkers at the watercooler. He deludes himself into thinking perhaps his evil can make a dent against another evil. That the ends justify the means. That a few deathcamps or indiscriminate carpet bombing will bring peace to our societies, brought to you by liberty, democracy, justice, and the colour blue. Bart is not a messenger for any sort of good. What Trump said was most certainly not "needed". These people don't want a bright future. They want blood. All they want is blood. Nothing else. And they'll pay for the blood of desert children with the blood of ours. That's what I've always thought maybe even said it few times. This fucker is just one snap away from being the next mass murdering asshole. Cuddly and moron are just two hand bag poodles who can just bark and nothing else. This freak on the other hand is a trained marine who has killed many times before ans seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed it too, can go batshit crazy at any given moment. He's almost there as it is.

They are so far from mainstream, these little hate sessions are all they have left. It allows for them to fantasize about what could be or might have been or once was but in reality, as Josh earnest put it, this ideology will eventually be relinquished to the dustbin of history. A large proportion of the support comes from a bunch of baby booming dinosaurs in the deep south, and in rural parts of the midwest. In the next decade, they will all be dead or too senile to feed themselves, let alone the hatred they are so full of. Trump is a tool whom is currently functioning as a useful idiot by splitting the vote on the right, and I say good for him. The best way to fight right wing Islamic extremism is with right winged Christian extremism. The town aint big enough for the both of them.

martin14 martin14: Public_Domain Public_Domain: with the blood of ours. Ours ? You have never been concerned with 'our' blood. Or maybe you are worried about 'yours' ? Doubtful, you'll be hiding in the corner.

martin14 martin14: DrCaleb DrCaleb: The best anti-Radical tool we have is tolerance. Because, as you say, the War on Terror seems to be going swimmingly, eh? No, the best tool we have is separation. That is an option for those elsewhere, as I've said. But how many have been recruited here, gone there, and come back? What to do with those? Hating them only invites hatred back. Tolerance and understanding is what they need to become good members of society again. That and firm punishments for those who choose not to be good members of society. But they need to be given the chance!

BartSimpson BartSimpson: That post, snarky as it is, only resonates because it's true. No, it's not true. You're blaming the collective actions of an entire government (an entire society, actually) on one man. Obama is no more responsible for any of those things occurring in your country than YOU are.

Go right ahead Danny Boy. I'm not the one condemning others for shit I've engaged in, like you are. Frankly, I'm not really interested in wasting time on uneducated hypocrites who have the spelling skills of a half baked middle school student like yourself.

BartSimpson BartSimpson: So because of your limited life experience in your cloistered little corner of Canada then I and about 1.5 million other US veterans must be wrong? I bet most of the Canadian vets feel the identical sentiment. Friend of mine who did peacekeeping in Bosnia feels exactly the same way too. Easy to see how it brewed up inside him. The first was when his vehicle commander got shot through the armpit and paralyzed from the chest down when a sniper, from the Bosnian Muslim side, opened up on the clearly marked whitewashed UN vehicles. The second was the local Muslim kids throwing rocks at the PK's all the time and even doing things like blowgunning needles at them through plastic drinking straws. Then the fuckers had the gall to go up to the troops and beg for help, "please please Canada help help UN help" when the Serbians got closer and were threatening to do a Babi Yar on the fuckers. Yeah, you cocksuckers should have thought of that first when you were literally throwing your own shit at the guys keeping you from being exterminated. Pretty sure Zippy had the same experiences over there too which is why he came back a lot more sanguine than he was before he went to A-stan. He was still mostly liberal on most things but in terms of Muslims I'm pretty sure most of the scales had finally fallen from his eyes. I have no intention of harming anyone and won't support anyone that does. And I'm thoroughly revolted by the way Trump went on about Latinos, women, and John McCain. He's a genuinely awful person and it will literally be the worst day in American history if he becomes POTUS, mostly because I think he's so reckless and genuinely stupid that he could single-handedly destroy what remains of the Republic. Muslims though? Fuck them. No sense trying to get through to rabid dogs. Either avoid them altogether, and definitely don't ever let them into your country, because it's inevitable that you'll end up having to shoot them. BTW, here's a photo of some super-brave Muslim males spitting on a Swedish woman in Stockholm. This is who they are in their hearts. They've always been this way and always will be. They're the worst curse the human race has ever had. Worse than Nazis, worse than Communists, worst than anything that's ever been encountered before. They're not even on the same level as things that crawl out from underneath rocks. Welcome to the wonderful world of liberal diversity! Glencoe Solution for the whole fucking lot of them as far as I'm concerned, and it's probably inevitable for it to have to happen someday anyhow.

Still not the same thing.
