I love Geist's work. He really does make this issue very clear. I agree that we're probably going to be out of luck on this one since the government now doesn't have any viable opposition on this unless it sees dissension in it's own ranks before passing this bill. I don't think it's over though, there's still plenty of meat in there to provide challenges to this bill if applied.
