I'm just saying what I did in a matter-of-fact manner. I will not fault Obama for what he's doing, not at all. At the same time, I'm also not going to view his action any way other than pragmatically simply because the topic is race relations.
Race relations aside, the painting is an important piece of American art and I applaud hanging it in the White House.
With the precendent set to hang works by Norman Rockwell in the White House I have a few suggestions for the next President...
