If you read what I said, you would read that she can be charged for murder when the one she infected is dead. Given the fact that HIV is not fatal, it can take a VERY long while till the one she is infected is dead.

Given the fact she is knowingly having sex with people without using a condom, I think it is safe to assume she is not taking any medication. Hence my assumption she might be dead before the ones she has infected, who are taking responsibility and take medication.

Anyway, as far as I am concerned, she can rot in jail.

HIV is not a death sentence. Even AIDS seems to be moving toward not being an automatic death sentence. There seems to be some success with stem cell transplants and with a couple of new drugs.

Fuck off. Do you have CKA disease? I'm not defending her. Just pointing out that HIV is no longer an automatic death sentence. She many never get charged with murder, nor die before she is charged. What she can be charged with right now is aggravated sexual assault - if she's convicted of that, hopefully she'll be kept off the streets for a bit. But since she's female and a teen, she may just get a slap on the wrist.
