EyeBrock EyeBrock: Swinging off the National Cenotaph's UJ?
Fuck, I'm well wazzed on coke, weed and booze. What's that big fuck-off flag hanging from that huge obelisk in the middle of London? I'm so high that I think I'll kick those wreaths outta the way, climb up those names of the plebs and swing off that red, white and blue cloth.
Oh yea. Being high totally excuses that. martin14 martin14: Then stop defending his actions with your PC BS. Figured I'd save time and have two facepalms for two posts that deserve it. Explaining something and pointing out the fault of someone trying to assume what someone else was "Thinking"..... is not "Defending" it nor is it "Excusing" that person's "Actions." In my very first post I stated: "but it still doesn't excuse his actions."As well as: "...he did choose to take those drugs, and thus, is responsible for his actions and should face the consequences."And: ".....but again, that's not to excuse what he did and should face the penalties for it."Open your damn eyes next time and learn to read what was actually posted before you try and get all up on your high horse with your political spin jargon & trying to sound smart about something you don't know what you're talking about. Do you want me to draw you little pretty pictures and shapes to make it more simple to you so you can understand better? Thanks for playing.

Aw dude, could ya? I'm just zooming on acid** right now and something funkadelic would just be sweet ** Kidding, I do NOT do acid. I have done acid in my youth but I haven't touched it in over 20 years nor do I recommend anyone ever try it.

They only see black and white. If you offer an explanation they'll take it as a defense of the guy, even tho you clearly stated he deserved his sentence. They just can't hold two concepts in their minds at the same time. They won't read what you actually posted, but what they want to see. Kinda like they're the ones on acid.

Oh yea, pardon me for getting 'on my high horse' about somebody disrespecting our war dead. People I knew and served with. I guess I just miss your point as much as you miss mine.

And he's off again.... You don't get Brock's point, Praxius, even tho you're making the same point as Brock (there's no excuse for Gilmore's behavior) Brock can't read that. He can only contain one thought in his brain at a time. Right now that's bad guy bad, and anything else he reads he interprets as bad guy good. He'll just keep repeating that you don't get his point, as if his point is something very complicated and spatial to him. What it really is, is that he doesn't get your point. Just let him have fun on his high dudgeon.

I know comprehension beyond your narrow little ' poverty' & 'minimum wage' world is tough for you andy. I'll quote praxius's own words. His terminology on one of the most sacred memorials in the UK says it all; $1: And if it was proven in court & accepted that he was under the influence of alcohol and more importantly, LSD, then there's a good chance he truly didn't know what the Cenotaph was, just saw the pretty coloured flag and decided to go on a ride and had no intentions of disrespecting anybody, dead or alive.... but again, that's not to excuse what he did and should face the penalties for it...... but the problem lies in you pulling assumptions out of you-know-where when it comes to what he thinks or believes. You don't know and neither do I. The judge didn't believe that Gilmour didn't realise the relevance of swinging from his own national flag at the nation's memorial to it's fallen. I have strong views on this subject for obvious reasons, you on the other hand just like to take a contrary stance for no apparent reason. Your lack of knowledge on all things military is well documented but yet you still feel that you have to troll on these things. Really, getting your endorsement on his position isn't something any of us hold in high regard.

Really, getting your endorsement on his position isn't something any of us hold in high regard. The thing is though, both Prax AND the judge are correct in their assessments. Speaking from experience, there is a definite possibility that Charlie(what IS it with that name anyway?) didn't know what he was climbing and swinging from. And the judge made the proper common sense ruling that being high on drugs is not a valid excuse for acting like a clotpole and breaking the law.

And if Brock now agrees with you, then he had no reason to go after Praxius, since Praxius said exactly the same thing. So, Brock, looks like Praxius got your point very well, but you chose to make a fight out of it and accuse him of defending Gilmore. I didn't take a contrary stance, it's you who tried to make what Praxius was saying something different. As you did with me. Gotta give you points for flexibility tho (agree with PA but disagree with Prax). You just wanted to play the victim, even tho Prax said nothing against you.

Exactly. Mushrooms are a healthy, natural alternative.
