The legality has no bearing on what these two thud fucks did, and to make this an issue about legality is pretty fucking pathetic. The fact that they fucked off and left the child is what the issue is.

Fixed. (In case you don't get it, if drugs were legal, they wouldn't have been dealing, so no proximate cause to leave the house. They likely would have been just as negligent in raising the child tho.)
