I don't think Bahrain has the interests of its people in mind by inviting Saudi troops, but calling this an invasion would require one to call Canadian troops in post-Katrina New Orleans an invasion.



Other way around don't you think? It would be if a dam burst in BC and Harper invited the USMC up here to do police duty.

Wow, the Mid East really lit up in the past few months. I wonder if the protesters in Bahrain will be able to win their grievances, or get crushed by Saudi (or as many of the commentors call; Saudi America and Israhell)* tank tracks.

Any bets on which Mid East nation will lite up next?

*referring to the article Saudi Arabia admits invading Bahrain Newsbot posted
