This case is being presented as black and white, but we all know how poorly people communicate about sex. Did she clearly tell him no? In that case he should have stopped.

Or, was she more ambivalent, and only decided it was rape after the fact? That's the whole problem with rape - women can change their minds afterward, charge rape and they'll be believed even if they gave the guy no indication at the time that they were not consenting. It really does seem you should get a written affidavit before having sex.

One is ' Certificate of Marriage'- Not a guarantee of sex, but a better than 50/50 possibility.

The other is a 'Financial Statement" which improves the odds considerably!
