No, he doesn't. Even if it's true that "the CBC lies all the time," that's not relevant to the dicussion of alteration of a document after it's been signed, and concealing the fact of that alteration afterwards from Parliament. It's also not relevant as it was the Canadian Press asking, not the CBC. Lastly, Kenney hasn't a leg to stand on with accusations against the press given his staff's recent transgressions of press copryright.
