My one experience with that establishment was to order a taco (don't remember what kind of "filling" I ordered) only to find that the thing was so wet you couldn't pick it up. Looked at it, lost my appetite and threw it away. Didn't even consider trying to get a replacement.

I'm curious... if the "beef" content must be 40% what's the guildeline for the chicken?
