Now that everyone has calmed down, sort of, I can actually see some of his side of the argument about a reduction in meat consumption. But, while this may be true for a certain segment of society, apparently none of which I know, it still doesn't explain the success of pigout shows like Man Vs Food.

Maybe all those vegitarians, vegans or whatever they call themselves are actually closet meataholics who sit rapturously in front of their TV's drooling and dreaming of what all those grotesque concotions of meat would taste like.
