I don't think they look similar at all. J-20 is a delta wing with canards where the YF 23 is a diamond-wing with elevator/horizontal stabilizer in one unit. Pak-Fa looks closer to YF-23 than the J-20, and even that is a long shot.

Dude, I got stuck with armoured reconnaissance for the past 2 years when all I want to do is drive tanks again. Vehicle identification is my thing. :P
