Teaching sucks. This generation are terrible indeed. No respect whatsoever. Arrogant, feisty, society teaches them it's ok to to disrespect their parents, peers, and other authority figures.

The strange thing is happening, in past parents were using a belt - in according with the modern psychological theory, children had to be bastards, but they weren't. Nowadays noone is using and most of them are.

Sometimes they just don't listen, because they are immature.

I wouldn't beat my kids either, but in today's day and age, taking away cell phone/internet connection is the equivalent of a good hard spanking anyways.
