While the guy si clearly at fault adn fucked in the head, here's why the girl is also messed up.

1. She allowed her 11-year old brother to engage in lewd acts in public.

2. She had to be pried away from this guy when the police came to separate them.

3. Here's directly from the article a few things the girl said/claimed:

- Judge Hugh Fraser rejected the girl's testimony that Levesque never touched her sexually, noting she still wants a relationship with him.

- "Our lives are over now," the girl texted him.

This girl clearly has issues of her home and I would want her family investigated on the grounds that somehow she wants a relationship with a 24 year old and got her brother in on the act.

In case you don't know the mall the RCMPs main recruiting office for three divisions, full of officers during the day, is at the food court. I'm guessing this was done after hours or the guy was really stupid. Although I guess he is really stupid either way.
