Whats the hilarious part of the “no fair” statement you're referring too ? The fact they have a military trial for their POWs ? Yeah they lock them up, give them three squares a day, a bed, shower, roof over their heads, entertainment, Halal, Books and then put them through their military justice system.

While if you get captured by the other side you get an orange jumpsuit and get your brutal death recorded and uploaded to the net.

I know which prisoner I would want to be.

What were talking about here or what you find so hilarious and perhaps vile is how the US treat their POWS. And how each side does that is only a small component of what goes on in a theatre of war.

In WWII we kept prisoners until the war was over. He'll be back walking the streets of TO by next Christmas.
