EyeBrock EyeBrock:
Chumley Chumley:
Ok, how about this.
They get back their own contributions to the pension plan.
When I left the military, apparently I didn't have enough time in to qualify for a pension so I got my return of contributions which I rolled into RRSP's.

They should be dealt with according to the rules of the particular pension plan.

Those convicted of terrorist offences in Canada such as the Toronto 18 didn't get any extra-judicial punishments imposed on them, why should anybody else?

Yeah, I know what the rules are. Justice and law aren't the same thing.
I am saying Williams shouldn't get it because he doesn't deserve it.

If I get fined for speeding would it matter if the only money I had to pay the fine came from my pension? I say fine the fucker every cent he has along with a life sentence. Although frying him would be my first choice.

I have no problem with what Semrau did, a battlefield is world of it's own.
Williams is a coldblooded pyschopathic woman stalking murderer. Fuck him.

2Cdo 2Cdo:
Williams pension will more than likely go to his wife and family.

I don't have a problem with that at least. As long as he couldn't get a cent.

I agree with your sentiments but our Charter says that everybody is due equal treatment in the eyes of the law. That includes low-lifes like Williams and Khadr.

You know, if you aren't going to be swayed into my brand of vigilante justice, then I am going to start siding with Digger.

Let me get this straight the Captain was demoted and discharged for killing the enemy, The Colonel is getting a pension for killing his own people.

I hope I'm missing something. In the "old days" it was the other way around.
