I'm fine with Russia supplying all of China's gas needs on the condition that Russia is fine with Canada supplying all of CHina's oil needs.

I think you'd have to get rid of NAFTA in order to do that as there are 'certain' clauses that prevents Canada from doing that because of the U.S. Not certain though.
