No you shouldn't. Helium can kill when inhaled.
helium is inert. Inhaling it steady leads to asphyxiation because you're not getting any oxygen. The same could be said about nitrogen which forms 80% of our atmosphere. Ozone, a form of oxygen (O3), is also dangerous.
I've used heliox on numerous dives, because at a certain depth-pressure oxygen itself becomes toxic. You sound like daffy duck for a while but it isn't at all dangerous mixed with oxygen. I've only used trimix on a few occasions...the last time I was that deep, I had blood vessels rupture in my eyes, ears and nose.
