I love how she says "the most likely cause is a genetic defect.." no the most likely cause is the woman cheated on her husband. Not saying that is what happened, just the infidelity is the MOST LIKELY cause, not a rare genetic defect.

It is only racist because you need to be bilingual in English & French unless you're native and speak English or French and a native language.
Of course, you could just 'make up' the language, or claim to speak it and no manager would have the guts to ask you to prove it.
But it's a qualification at the local park because three people from Quebec visited once.
