Yes, Soviet jurisprudence, is not what those of us in the west would call a good system. Stalin's judicial philosophy was better that 1000 innocent people get killed than one guilty get away.

We have a fairly good system, not perfect but good.
We just need to close the legal loopholes so that the laws apply to everybody and end "Celebrity Justice".
