The Caribbean would be an American Lake. We could leave Bermuda and Jamaica

Although I feel very bad for this young man, one of the first things you learn when travelling, specifically to the islands is not to rent a car and drive. The locals don't drive like they do in Simcoe ON. I hope all works out well but he is at the mercy of local law.

There aren't too many refugees floating on inner tubes from Florida to
Cuba these days. Their Rum is pretty good though.
