Not necessarily a stand-out in The Netherlands tho.
It's a small group of assholes who scream the loudest and do the shitty things, and most of them are young Moroccans, who are leading a double life. Parents don't speak Dutch, and those boys, who are born in Holland, have to marry a girl from the Rif-mountains, while they don't want that. They're caught in the middle. Some just don't know how to cope, and some parents will send them back to their grandparents or aunts and uncles because they become criminals in Holland.
Some don't, and are just plain Dutch assholes.
