Correct I don't think there could be any sane people siding with the ban's. At best they can blame the ban's being the love child of the CIA.

It also says a lot about religion period. Tne only difference between civilized religion and this kind of thing is that we now ignore what god really is and replace him with a subjective translation of the bible to avoid the nasty bits that call for us to murder people or deny peoples rights.

This is an ideology that belongs in the dark ages. It's the danger of all religion to be used to justify hate and death just as much as love and peace.

I don't think this war can be won as long as the ideology still lives. In order to stamp this out for good we need to instill the ability in Muslim extremists to recognize and weigh reality against the needs of Allah.

Muslims need a Jesus. Real or fiction.

Ummm...Islam recognizes Jesus as the Messiah(The Jewish interpretation - God's anointed saviour, not God's kid or avatar), just that he's alittle more Old Testament in their view. They also believe in the Second Coming when the mahdi will assist Christ in defeating the anti-Christ and the forces of evil, heralding Judgment Day.
