He sounds like a real POS, but keeping his lights on 24 hours a day? How the hell is he supposed to sleep? I wonder how many of you wouldn't fucking snap if you were stuck in a room with the lights on 24/7. And recording his conversations with his lawyer? WTF is that about?

Once you add in the random yard breaks, it all sounds like some pretty amateur tactics to try and break the guy.

I agree that some of his grievances are a joke, but those two (24/7 lights and recording conversations/reading mail) are something out of a bad spy novel.

Even the mother of one of his alleged victims (one of the two non-gangbangers killed) says this is no good. Like me, she is concerned it will affect the trial. But also he's being kept in solitary just as a way to break him. This is no way to treat a person who has not been found guilty of anything.

All the whining bits are moot.
They "accidentally" recorded conversations with his lawyer. It was the automated system's fault not the people who made it or let it slide.
That FUBARs the whole case.
