I was thinking about that, maybe we should all bug our MP's and bring in some sort of system for firing judges who make stupid rulings. Like the judge who decided what a father could ground his child for, or a judge who rules in favour of someone who got fat eating fast food, and this judge. Call it the Common Sense Act, if the judge loses common sense we fire them. Get 5 random people off the street ask them what they think of the rulings and if the judge fails 3 different rulings they have passed they are out on the street.
