If RSA wants to industrialize, and export power to its neighbors, who is Europe to dictate to them how to do it? Solar panels they say! Ha.

It goes back to Israel's right to develop and hold nukes if it wishes, it's a sovereign nations and so are their neighbors. If certain members want to abandon the NPT, that's their prerogative.

That's fair of you but when you take the policies of the two countries, a nuclear Israel doesn't scare me but a nuclear Iran would. Don't forget the guy with the button would be crazy Ahmedinajad.

Said countries should expect to be hit with arms embargoes and other economic sanctions.

For countries like Iran and Syria, they should expect an Israeli air strike.

Israel isn't stupid as the most hated nation in the world they know their nukes really are the only thing keeping them alive.

Eh I wouldn't go that far, but certainly nuclear weapons are their trump card. Israel, unlike Russia, the US, Canada, or even countries like Germany or France, has no land to spare if they are invaded. A retreat means they walk into the Med. That's why, for example, Israel made a very surprising and risky move by giving Egypt back the Sinai. And that's why Israel will probably never, EVER give back the Golan Heights.
