I actually find the traditional recipe (beef gravy and cheese curds) not that great either. However, if you use chicken gravy and cheddar cheese (extra old is best), then you have something incredible.

I had a buddy that actually made spaghetti snadwiches :roll:

Heh...I do too. I like it when the sauce has soaked into the noodles well(I think those that store their left over sauce and pasta seperately are strange) and you get all the meat that has settled on the botton. Sort of like a sloppy Joe with some noodles thrown in for good measure. This is best after about 2 days of sitting in the fridge and being reheated at least once.

Yer name wouldn't be Ken would it? :lol:
