You're right, no province or region is blameless. Just mine tends to gain the 'redneck' label, undeservedly.

Odds are the black man's family have been Canadian just as long as the low brow cross burners'. It's way past time for 'acceptance'. There is no excuse for their behaviour. Look how Newfies took in a boatload of black soldiers when they washed up on their shores.
