Unless it's that damn Ameri....errrrr ummm I mean shocked, SHOCKED I am that a couple of my countrymen would perpetrate such an act.

No seriously, the swapperoo was funny, and it wouldn't make me wanna scream for blood if it was done to us either. BUT, destroying the flag of our friends, brothers, sisters, neighbours and allies is just so NOT funny or cool.

If those were my friends that did that, I'd smack 'em upside their stupid heads when they got back.

Yes they are, but when one is in another country you need to be concerned with two things. One is their laws and the other is common courtesy. There is no need to be rude to people about the things they believe in.
