If it makes you all feel any better the Democrats in the USA are starting to talk about a 20%-25% VAT to pay for the new health care. :roll:

Value Added Taxes are the best form. It's about time the USA joined the rest of the world in taxing progressively. Dinosaurs on health-care, dinosaurs on taxation methods...dinosaurs, that the USA is.
