I would leave my job after not being paid for one pay period. If they were conned into staying on the job for NINE MONTHS on top of that then that's their problem. They should have all been looking for jobs after the first month.

You nailed it, I'd leave after the first missed payday though.

I am pretty sure they are looking, but there is no use in leaving if you dont have something else.
Airliners are not really hiring, and if I read it correctly, we are talking about SPAIN here...

I can understand that, but there comes a time when decisions must be made, 9 monhts after missing the first payday is a bit late to be proactive, methinks some of them need a reality check and probably need to lower their career expectations, though I'm sure Playboy cna offer them something based on the success of the calenders.

I onder if there is a thing called EI in Spain when you leave your job voluntairily, even if they dont pay. If you cant find anything else, at least now they can sue when the company gets back on their feet (if ever) and the owners will be held accountable.
If you just quit and go on welfare, you have nothing. It's a tough decision. I have dealt with crap like this before, twice.
Don't forget Spain is a poor country and the EU isnt paying for everything.
