They are crazy, to kill 500 people, because of their religion only, that clowns haven't made normal state, normal language, they haven't invented the circle there. Both sides are at fault along with tribal and ethnic tribulations so I'd say Christian 'cults' as you call it are just as much at fault as the brutal killings by Muslim 'cults'. It's called 'retaliation' which serves as an endless cycle in human nature. Nigerian Muslims kill Christians, Christians retaliate and kill Muslims...etc. With Palestinians and Jews cohabiting the 'holy land' and killing each other with retaliatory strikes with the 'he did it so I have to do it back' and so forth routine, nothing is going to get accomplished.

Christians didn't get along with other groups and tried to eradicate them long before Islam. That is not to say that Christians themselves weren't at the end of the beating stick but I guess to the victor goes the spoils.

The Quran basically says that the world belongs to the Muslims and that they need to use what ever means they have to convert every last person on the planet and have one government one law. That every other religion is wrong, and that the Quran represent the final word of god.

I found it a pretty messed up book to read TBH. Starts out nice but ends up being something I would expect a ranting mad man (Hitler comes to mind) to write near the end it. You can get a feel for Muhammad as he becomes more and more corrupted by the power he has over people, the larger his army the more is promotes murder.

Anything said later on is abrogated by what is said later, all that peaceful stuff Muhammad said that's in the Quran is said early on. Where as all the violence stuff is said near the end of his life, thus killing people and forcing Islam on them abrogated almost all the peaceful stuff in the Quran.

Islam will never have long term peace with other religions because permanent peace is against Allah.

I would recommend reading the Quran, be aware of different translations. Also the Quran is hard to interpret since the damn thing isn't written in chronological order, so you gotta go find other Islamic sources to find out in which order Suras need to be read.

In 1920 Lugard decided to bind North Nigeria, and South Nigeria together. He considered the Northern Muslim Nigerians superior because they had functional kingdoms for approximately 2 thousand years. The South was considered barbaric and backwards, and it was only natural to use Fulani/Housas Muslims as rulers.

This was colonial interest 101 at its finest. Britain did this to save administrative costs.

In 1960 South Nigeria tried to break off from the North, both Britain and the USSR helped Nigeria recapture its runaway states. Biafra, the break off state is until today the only African state to ever produce modern weapons domestically.

Europe caused much of this uncertainty, it's better for colonist wannabees to keep their fingers away and let these people sort their problems out on their own once and for all.




This is not limited to Africa, mind you. Reminds me of the Serbia/Kosovan charade in Europe a decade and a half ago.
