Exactly. Some people who bitch about the electoral process, only to not vote, are by far the biggest bunch of babies out there. If people don't like who's Prime Minister, go vote. If you didn't vote, but bitch about the results, shut up.

Just curious but what if no candidate in your riding offers anything that you support? Would you say to them that they should vote for the candidate that is the lesser arsehole? How about those who spoil their ballot? Are they allowed to bitch about anything?

Of course they are, they still took part in the democratic process. If you went out and made a "protest" vote, then you're still voting, and you're still taking a few minutes of your life to cast one ballot.

People who don't even bother to do anything and then bitch about how the system sucks, or whatever, are just annoying. Nobody's changing the system because you don't like it.
