At that, it is often too little. Being the sole resident does not mean he runs the place - I knew one kid in a hospital setting that was closing down who was the sole resident of a multi-million $ facility with his own gym for awhile. Is this news?
I just don't believe he gets $150 for personal spending. This is so far out of whack I automatically assume the media reporter got it wrong or lied. After 30 years in the business, this is too far out to be real.
