Doesn't look like it. That article pretty much says Virgin Mobile in Canada is basically Bell in a pink disguise. Another choice bites the dust.

I'm already with Bell, because my company gets a massive discount on service. My bill is 18-20 pages long sometimes, but I rarely spend more than $50 on it. I like Bell, but I'm told that is because I have never had to deal with customer service.

It'll be interesting to see what globalive (wind mobile) will do in the market. from what i understand they will be more on the level of Fido, Solo and Kodoo. I'm more concerned about how they actually got approval in Canada in the first place.
